Led by Aaron Hayer, we’re building a recruitment agency that values relationships over transactions.

This recruitment agency is built on experience, strong values, and a genuine understanding of schools. I’m an experienced recruitment consultant with education at the heart of my career, having spent over six years working closely with schools. Alongside recruitment, I’ve worked in ed-tech sales, helping schools safeguard students online, and directly in schools as a Behaviour Mentor supporting children’s development.

I founded the agency to modernise education recruitment and move away from transactional approaches. My focus is on building trusted, long-term partnerships with schools, offering honest, reliable support they can depend on. I’m equally committed to placing education professionals in roles that suit their skills, goals, and lifestyle, with fair pay, clear communication, and ongoing support at the core.
